It is highly recommended that you use your HealthChannels Identity account to access ScribeAmerica.Training.  To log in using your Identity account, click the blue box which says “Login With HealthChannels Identity”.  You will be directed to Google to authenticate and upon successful authentication, you will be redirected back to ScribeAmerica.Training.

If you cannot remember your password for your HealthChannels Identity Account you can reset it by going to https://selfservice.healthchannels.com.

When I login the site, I am immediately granted with a page stating “Your Account is Inactive”.

Here are the steps to rectify that issue:

First, make sure you are using the email you have in your Workday. Then:

  1. Navigate to ScribeAmerica.Training
  2. On the top right is your account settings. Make sure you are logged out
  3. Once logged out, head to Scribe.ScribeAmerica.Training
  4. Enter your email address that is in your Workday Personal Information Section and password that was emailed to you
  5. You should now have access to Scribe.ScribeAmerica.Training.

If this doesn’t work, try using a different browser (Internet Explore, Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) to access scribe.scribeamerica.training.
